§ 3-4. Same—In a place open to use and accommodation by public.

  • It shall be unlawful for any person to consume or drink any alcoholic beverage in a public place, such a place being one accessible and open to the use and accommodation of the general public except in the establishment of a licensee of the alcoholic beverage control board of the state.
