§ 3-5. Same—On private property such as parking lots, etc., open to use and accommodation by public.

  • It shall be unlawful for any person to consume or drink any alcoholic beverage on private property or premises where the general public has access and which is open and accessible to the use and accommodation by the general public such as parking lots and other private areas which are customarily used by the public.
