§ 3-23. Fees.

The license for doing business as a dealer in beer or other malt beverages permitted by state law to be sold is as follows:
Retail dealer: Per Year

For off-premises consumption ..... $ 50.00

For on-premises consumption ..... 75.00
(No half-year license, not transferable)

Wholesale dealer ..... 250.00

(No half-year license, not transferable)

The term "wholesale dealer" as used herein shall apply to persons selling to retailers, whether sales and deliveries be simultaneous or deliveries be made following orders taken within the city or its police jurisdiction, or elsewhere.
